Think GE has bottles of this still on the shelves. Can't recall pricing.

I know some people had infected bottles of the Silva Stout, but I never have. I have thoroughly enjoy the entire Cellar 3 series. The Natura Plum was really really great.

Silva Stout. That's on the shelves, not the Oculus. My bad.

    $30 is my honest guess.

24oz bottle, 12 pours, MSRP is $200. That would be a 55% mark up which seems about in-line with their pricing structure.

The only place that consistently has them is Independent Brewing in Squirrel Hill

Pittsburgh's only 90 minutes away.. Why not include some of them breweries in your list?

They didn't last I was there. I've seen them on at Mad Mex Shadyside & Harris, but not at the moment.

Timber Creek still making good beer? I enjoyed most of what I had the couple of times I've been there. They have a bit of a Rock Bottom vibe going on...but the beers were pretty solid.

Instead of speculating on the cost of the Utopias I ask, what would you spend for a 2-3 oz pour?

    Zero dollars.

My brother splurges and grabs a bottle for he, my dad and I to share around the holidays when it's available. It's nice more for the novelty/camaraderie/tradition of it, but paying tens of dollars for barely a sip of anything--I don't see fun or benefit save for ticking, given it's such a small amount.

Agree that the two guesses thus far are in the ballpark (unless there's some sort of promotional giveaway), and I'd rather spend $25-30 on a pricey growler and share with some buds.

Think one of the GEs had this two years ago and did ten bucks an ounce--not a price to make a bunch of profit, but it was probably just to get more people in the doors. Agree that Caliente's motive and structure are as suggested.
