Thanks Kevin,I blew the last keg at Townhall filling crowlers a couple weeks ago.I read there were 100 kegs sent to Ohio so it's likely to be all over the US.

Good thing my parents dont like beer. It will be consumed tonight with some friends playing poker. Just got back last night from a work trip and going out again next week sunday-thursday. Think this would work better with a lighter color beer. Two minor tweaks. Turn the back light down a bit. The highlights on the paper next to the bottle (on each side) bother me. Lastly, try moving the softbox a bit (higher or to the side more) to remove the reflection in the glass. Thought your 'cans' shot was spot on! Hope you enjoyed Boat!
Thanks man, wish I could of made it over to Dallas for that handshake. Looks like you got to tick some more TX beers. If that was an IPA in the glass that backlight would be killer. I'm gonna move my table to make room for my light stand to move to the right a bit. Maybe hit it from a 45 degree angle and higher?
Anyone have a special post-Halloween/trick or treating beer that they're drinking? I think I'm going with Cigar City Seasonal Creep because its pumpkin and chocolate and has monster on the label.
I got a nice haul in the Secret Halloween BIF and I'll probably be drinking the Master of Pumpkins from Troegs tomorrow.
Ok. Got them uploaded. Sorry for the delay! The growler is beautiful. I am honored to be the first person to get it. So lets get to the pr0n. The growler is filled by a brewery that I have been going to for a little over a year now. They have great belgian and british style beers. More on that in a minute. Nebuchadnezzar- Omnipollo. I have always loved their artwork and have never had this one. Looking forward to trying it. Troegs- Mad Elf. GF loves this one and I always have a few of them around this time of year. Such a unique beer. DdC- Peche Mortel. One of the best coffee stouts around. I have only had it twice I believe and actually just picked one up the other day before I saw the contents of the box. Troegs- Hop Knife. I have heard this is really good. I have seen it around and have not grabbed it yet, mainly because I didnt want to commit to a full 6 pack yet. Well decision made for me. And the challenge beer. So do I post what the challenge is yet or wait for the video? I am trying to find the best time to video the challenge so I can open this thing! Ok. Now to the pièce de résistance: The growler is from Forest and Main in Ambler, PA. This is a ridiculous set of coincidents. I literally had this same beer at the brewery the day this was filled. I was at my gf's in King of Prussia and we met my parents at Forest and Main for brunch before my cousin played in her soccer game for Temple U a few miles down the street. This was my favorite beer I tried that day (pretty much morning) and almost got a growler of it filled except I was leaving that night to go to a hotel for a few days for work. My gf even joked that we should have gotten a growler of it to drink during the game. I said I dont think people tailgate womens college soccer. I will be sharing this tonight with some friends while playing poker and drinking my 12 DoH beer. I feel a little bad that I got this when I have access to most of these, but they are all things I want more of or wanted to try. If it is ok with everyone, maybe I will have my friends put their initials (very small) to add to the history of this thing. Thanks @Greeny87 - I will try to get the challenge video up quickly and reopen the signups very soon. Or are we keeping the same people as before? I can't keep all my beer activities straight.
Damn, now I feel bad for not picking my target prior to making the box. It's always hard with people in the area, but I wanted eberyone to have a fair chance at the first round. Open up a new round of sign ups, I know some are busy / avaialble at specific times. I'm all for letting everyone have a chance.
