    Raided the "cellar" tonight, starting with a Bells Batch 10,000. Its coming along pretty nicely at this point. Ive come a long way since I threw this in the cellar, but it seems to have improved a good bit. It is pretty complex but the flavors blend together a little bit better than originally. In the meantime, Ive got some pork marinating in some Anchor christmas, that should be interesting.

    Drinking a Jolly Pumpkin La Roja at the moment.

    It was not a gusher and I was able to pour myself a glass that was not 50% foam, I was surprised.

    The previous two La Rojas I had were both gushers but it was probably my fault for not letting them settle long enough.
