Yeah, I've been trying to get Fourbeans in my store for nearly a month and a half now. My rep is totally aloof about it and seemingly his superiors are too. Which is pretty frustrating.

@Sixpoint picked up a 6pk of resin randomly and haven't looked back! You guys make some awesome stuff at just the right price. I'll definitely be looking out for this one.

 

Im excited. I figure this should be like an indian spiced coffee, with help from that pic above.

 

I know what cardamom tastes like and I imagine it could fit in with this beer if done right. I loved 4Beans and will seek this one out!

No one deserves a high five more than you for loosely correlating so many five's together.

 

Back when I was homebrewing I made a Black Cardamom Ale, and it was the best thing I ever made (according to my fellow club members ). It was a 'black ale', not a stout, but either way those flavors worked very well together. Black cardamom is definitely the way to go (it's more woody'); I think I used 6 pods in a 5 1/2 gallon batch, along with 1/2 tsp seeds for a touch of brightness.

 

The Balkans are not near the Baltic Sea. Two distinct and very different geographic areas.

 

I can see why you went with beans. Calling it 5 embryos probably isn't going to get the kind of attention your looking for.

This site is very strange sometimes. I was just reported, warned and my post was removed from this thread. Someone mentioned Six Beans, so remembering a scene from There's Something About Mary, found a clip where the hitchhiker angrily tells Ben Stiller's character, "Not six, I said seven!" Could someone please explain why that was offensive enough to be reported?

That being, said, I can't wait for this beer!

 

I believe he made an honest mistake. The two regions are often confused with one another.

 

Beans beans they're good for your heart...the more you eat(in this case drink) the more you fart...the more you fart the better you feel so have some beans at every meal...hadda throw this in...

This happens to me a few times a year. I posted about a flavor in beer and it was removed telling me I was being spared the comments that would come over my choice of words. I posted telling of this removal and it was removed and I was told to stop. Would hate to meet these mods in person. Pretty sure this will be removed too as " it adds nothing to the site"

Mentioning the word embryo in combination with alcohol is sure to cause some rabble with folks. Putting embryos in beer is enough to get republicans to announce a ***** on you.
