    Maria.....not sure if this will help....but from the BA listing here for Anchor

    "Anchor has a strange bottling code on their bottles. You can match it up as follows:

    First = last digit of the year.

    Second = month code (J=January, F=February, M=March, A=April,Y=MaY, U=JUne,L=JuLy,G=AuGust,S=September, O=October, N=November, D=December)

    Third = day of month code (Letters A-Z = 1-26, Numbers 7-1 = 27, 28, 29, 30, 31)"

    Oh, and.....this is one of my all time fav brews....it is 40 years old this year!!

    Lunch beer....

    Amazingly warm low 70's and sunny in November....went for a nice walk on my lunch break

    Gold and brown and muted reds still blazing!

    Not a bad beer - brewed in Canada, at only $4.99 / sixer, a decent brew!

    Got a four pack of these in CT for 2.99 they are from 2013 but it's 7.4% and a farmhouse so figured what the hell ...

    To my surprise it poured black lol??
    not good imo lol.
