Fall clean up day. Probably an 8 beer job, this will make it more tolerable.

 

Good morning BA!

This year’s batch is excellent. Robust flavors of milk chocolate, cocoa, roasted coffee beans, dark bread, cream, toast, and light char. Balanced bittersweet finish; with a nice amount of creaminess in the mouthfeel with some light roasted malt stickiness. Very flavorful for 5%, which is higher than last year. Will definitely be getting another 6 pack after these run out.


This is a great sour Cherry Belgian brown ale. Flavors of big tart cherries, berries, green apple, red grape, caramel, brown sugar, toasted bread, hay, straw and light pepper/leather/funk. Light-moderate fruity tartness and yeast spiciness; with an awesome balance of sweetness/tartness after the finish. Very smooth with balanced acidity and bready creaminess in the finish/mouthfeel. Absolutely delicious. Glad I got a full 4 pack, and since it is year round, will likely do so again.


Still tasting absolutely insane. Huge grapefruit, peach, pineapple, tangerine, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, and pine; with some light honey/bready malts and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/citrus rind/grassy bitter finish; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and resinous finish. Mosaic, Equinox, and Amarillo hop combo; they couldn’t have picked a more perfect hop profile. Mosaic and Equinox are my current favorite new hops.


This is an outstanding Belgian DIPA, glad a fresh batch finally showed up around here. Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pine, pepper, clove, and light banana/bubblegum; with some light caramel, candi sugar, bready malt balance with floral/grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/citrus rind bitterness and peppery yeast spiciness; with a nice resinous/sticky and dry finish. Very smooth and lightly warming for the ABV. Wish this was in 4 packs. I certainly don’t agree with the 2 year best by dating, though.

Good morning BAs..I've been awake for hours now time to get movin'. Just opened a Bourbon Barrell Plead the 5th, a great beer. And will be enjoying this while making an omelette and hash browns. It's a great way to enjoy Sunday morning!
