This seems like a poster child for revisions to the system to allow people to enter more nuanced feedback.

If you haven't done so already, please stop in to this thread and weigh in, to help improve things.

 

Well played. You have to admit though, the pervasiveness of the "women don't like beer" attitude can get a bit old.

 

I agree. My wife is into beer to an extent so it really was just a dig. I probably would have used that joke if he said his kid dropped the bottle too, and my 8 week old daughter is also a beer drinker.

I and some other BAs brought up the idea of increasing the minimum amount of characters in the written feedback text box because it happens all too often that certain minor things can irk us about a trade but there's not enough space to go into detail, so we just fit in what we can and leave positive feedback. If given more space and a feature was created so that the users involved in the trade can't see the feedback left for them until they themselves left feedback, the more likely more honest and appropriate feedback will be left. And right here in this thread, RayOhioFelton admits to not wanting to leave neutral feedback due to limitations leaving him unable to thoroughly explain the situation. I figured F2Brewers was the one to tag since he was involved in the feedback system improvements thread.

 

And you dont think there were problems, that he pointed out, that might have been helpful in feedback to traders not wanting to deal with poor communicators and people who delay shipments? Then walla! look what we have again..

Yes but this thread is not the correct thread to be bringing it up in, go to that thead and reference this thread. If you can't help the Op here get his beer then lets just stay out. To everyone else this is a bad trader thread lets keep it on topic here to help the op.

This comment had me envisioning all the BA mods in a single building, taking lunch breaks and shooting the shit around the beer cooler like they are in a bizarro The Office.

 

From what I know about @FATC1TY it is more likely he shoots shit, then puts it in his Big Green Egg and then bullshits while it becomes delicious....
