Agreed! Same problem here. Can someone with an FB maybe cut and paste list here if we make this a regular thread. Thanks and glad to see this thread started.

I created a phony FB account solely for the purpose of getting brewery updates. Easy and don't need all the crap that comes with having an actual FB account.

There's defintely enough breweries, beer stores, restaurants to justify making a facebook account to get current information.

Ditto. I understood the private FB in the beginning but was surprised they didn't go public with it after the hype bomb of 2014 EBF.

I live close enough that a drive by is easy but seeing how Carton does public listing of offerings I imagine for any patron living a good distance away it's a nice thing knowing exactly what's on draught.

I am not on FB either but my wife is so I am able to follow breweries on her account when I need that info. Not sure why all these breweries can't just update their own websites though. A "What's On Tap" and "Currently available in cans or bottles" tab shouldn't be too much to ask for.

it doesn't seem to be as heavily utilized as in other places, like NYC

Porta has really good food. I have been there a few times. Beer selection is decent as well. It turns into a nightclub on weekends though. completely different vibe.

taka has great sushi and asian fusion. it is a little upscale and pricey. for something quick, different, and good I like MOGO.

If you happen to get to town early. Great donuts at Purple Glaze and good breakfast at Toast and Franks Deli.

My typical visit to Kane usually involves a stop to Belmar for 10th Ave Burrito or Jersey Shore BBQ, both super awesome restaurants.

Pretty solid listen if anyone’s interested; Mr. Michael Kane comes in around 15:30

There is some hope for NYC and Philly folks, but nothing is set in stone; “taking care of the home state” is priority. In any case, there was some discussion on small batch sours; would love to see/hear more on this front. Perhaps something similar to the “HopLab” series: WildLab?

I'd give a limb for a steady series of Kane sours. As it stands, the Carton ones are among my favorites.

Try Blue Marlin in Bradley Beach (byob). If you go to Johnny Mac's in Asbury, you'll get a free pizza with each pint-right down the road from Brick Wall.

A reputable source from the brewery told me tonight that they have the last variant of antead in the brites right now. Also, expect two weeks notice for the release.
