My boys have both worn glasses since about age 4. It seems that more and more kids have glasses theses days. I know it isn't easy at 1st but they are so happy to see everything clearly.

 

I've worn glasses since the 8th grade.

You can still be a bad ass.

 

I wore glasses in 2nd grade.........for a total of one day. I was only supposed to need them in school. I however, hid them in my backpack everyday. Then my Mom mysteriously showed up in class one Friday and asked where my glasses were! Teacher was shocked........I put them on begrudgingly........and got a stiff neck from looking down all day. I promptly went home and hid those SOB's in insulation that got installed under the new family room we were building. Told my mom I lost them several years later. I told her I knew where they were when I was going away to college. Now my "glasses" are part of our family folklore..........and still buried under a floor in insulation.

My eyes got tested years later (middle school, and I didn't need them any more........so that's when I told her they had been "lost"). Now I wear them again everyday at my computer. Damn Readers!!

Turkey sixer hint -
Last week I picked up some tasty milk stouts but you won't be getting any because you don't like them

Since I'm lazy, this will also count as a 12 DoX hint

 

Yea, I've found some decent beers in Lancaster the few times I have been there. I haven't been to Harrisburg in years, but, State College is the same way. They get some stuff (Sixpoint, Old Mikellar ipa's, and Jolly Pumpkin) that Pittsburgh doesn't get. But lacks FW, Perennial, 4 Hands, Jester King, Alesmith, Allagash, Cigar City, Russian River, Jacks Abby, etc etc that Philly gets.

Damian tried to get me to join last year, but at the time, I just wanted to do sports BIFS (to satisfy the Gambling itch). But I've been talking to @robgage and @Dave_Treat about the trade boards getting worse and worse. And they told me I should join the locals. Well, technically Dave said "trade boards suck... I'll send you beer." I will post up a LIF in a few weeks. Until then..

Yes, I am your sender. I guess I underestimated how obvious my last clue was. In any case, I will send you a Turkey Sixer as scheduled. I had selected the beers before the recent events and I just need to pack and send them. I appreciate your offer but you will receive your box.

Our history? We are and have been (at least I thought) perfectly fine. I have never been upset about the ZD comments.
Though, I am now tempted to send you a very fresh (kept in my basement) 1 year old ZD that I recently found as I was doing some clean up. For research purposes of course...

Actually no. It's more of a Houston local, and by the time what few large format bottles get up here, they are too oniony for me (Mosaic). I had a keg of it a while back, but really deteriorated over a month.

I just need a steady stream of citrusy hops without that sweet malty taste. I would always have Jai Alai in my fridge for example. Nobody here in DFW is getting it done for me.

 

Not that this man needs a sponsor, but I would gladly sponsor him. He is one of the best.

 

If you wanted a 12 pack of PA beer for your local beer beer store guy, you've got a box set to land Friday!

 

If you need to scratch that Jai Alai itch. Let me know. I'm guessing that Steve and Matt have helped in the past.

 

I'm gonna have to hit one of you Florida guys up next time that White Oak Jai Alai drops. @PA-Michigander was nice enough to throw one in as an extra in my turkey sixer box and it was a big hit at the share I took it to last Saturday.

 

Well, @Littlelotte88 dropped this beauty on my porch today. I'm pretty damn excited to drink everything in this box. Thanks Erika.

Turkey Sixer shipped yesterday should land in the second largest city in the US on Monday.

 

When does White Oak normally come out? Is it a seasonal or more of a limited, one time release each year?
