    My Dad's beer of choice, as well (@WesMantooth). Now I'm debating stopping at store on way over to grab some :astonished:. GF will be so disappointed :flushed:.

    Looking good on the food side. How's the beer? Saw it locally, and was debating.

    With you on the bottle openers, especially on every keychain I own. :grinning:

    You and me both baby! There's always a piece missing! So the chili I chose to make today should offer me a complex palate. It contains, spices like cinnamon, clove and even cocoa powder, chili power and cumin, cilantro and even a drizzle of honey. It should be spicy and pair with a wide variety of beer styles. The pils, the helles lager, the light lager, the witbier not the hefe, the IPA the DIPA , the coffee IPA, the porter AND be easily followed by the stout and the pumpkin ale despite all the heat which also either allows or disallows ( I don't know yet) the chocolate chili pepper beer and even theobroma. Ambitious. Yes. I am gonna start cooking soon but this is my plan^ .

    Happy Thanksgiving. Today I am thankful for family, good friend and good beer. Today I am drinking one of the finest beers IMO and definitely the best black IPA I've had. Thankful for Wookey Jack as I prep the Turkey for smoking.
