    It really is fantastic with a year on it. My stash didn't make it a full 12 months this time around. Guess I just need to buy more this year.

    [​IMG] Afternoon BA's Still on vacation so I figured well get this day started and crack a beer open I'm so suprised I never tried... Unibroue's Blonde De Chambly. This Saison has a nose with light floraly overtones and the classic unibroue fresh baked bread coming from the belgian yeast. im also getting some light spices on the nose. Cheers!

    Stuck working in my wine and spirits department today, but at least I'm surrounded by beer. Making a lot of good pairing recommendations today. Drinking will commence in t-minus 4 hours. The girlfriend is cooking a delicious meal tonight and we will probably share some expensive beer.
