    La Fin da Monde paired with Thanksgiving. Turkey, ham, cheesey beans, roasted veggies, and a cauliflower bake. The carbonation helped lift the food, cut the cheese sauces,and enliven the bites. The subtle phenols and esters played well with all components, like an amped Saison.

    No pie for me today as I have been trying to polish off the pumpkin beers. They have been wearing a little thin on me this year for some reason. I have said before that Schlafly is the best, but this one continues to be right there.
