    Just got back from having to work today and cracking open a mini growler of La Cumbre's South Peak Pilsner. Glad I wasn't able to watch the Eagles-Lions game today, that would have hurt. Kelly needs to go, as do all these bums who have just given up on the season and have stopped even trying.

    Happy Thanksgiving, BA's! When I saw this (Toppling Goliath ZeeLander) in the cooler at my beverage store yesterday, I think I yelped. If you're a fan of Nelson Sauvin hops (which I am), you will LOVE this stupendous IPA.

    On to the mandatory Thanksgiving pumpkin beer. Been in the fridge a couple months. 8%er brewed with cocoa nibs, chiles, and spices. Wicked Weed did yet another mighty fine job. Pumpkin-y and unique. The little bit of heat and cocoa nibs make for an interesting drink.
