Was just sent a link to the new Budweiser commercial, the "We Don't Brew Half Way" message is pretty weak IMO. Should be "We Won't Buy You Out Half Way" ;-)

Feel free to post your favorite holiday beer commercial or perhaps something new that no one has seen yet.

you can dislike abi but you have to admit they did a great job with this series. This one is from 1981.....impossible that it was 35 years ago.

A horse drawn sled with I'll Be Home for Christmas? I'm voting this one.

So what the f*&% does 'We Don't Brew Half Way" mean anyway? Is the inference here supposed to suggest that others actually only brew their beer half way? And how do you brew a beer half way? I guess InBev knows but we'll have to wait for the next installment of propaganda.

I think if anyone brews half way it is the big corporations that make weak watered down flavorless light beer with no hops.

Here's one from Guinness that has a very poignant message.

Maybe it means that they actually finish making the beer so it drops bright and doesn't leave a bunch of stuff in it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Jane, I think you said it without being specific enough. It's probably a reference that they lager their beers, whereas most craft breweries are brewing ales that can be ready and on tap in 3-4 weeks in comparison to maybe 6-8 weeks for lagers.

back in the day when there were only a few national brands....isn't it weird that even their advertising started to resemble each other's?
