Been waiting a while for this one. Personal top 5 Shorts brew for me. That bitterness keeps me coming back to it

Sweet. I'd heard about all except the Bonifide Legit. Really excited to try LondonFog and Mullet for the first time

This has always been our Christmas beer at the bar. I know it sounds silly but it's a beer that never lasts more than a few days. And it started at our Christmas party 5 years ago and has become a tradition

FYI: Liberator now available in bottles and on draft, at the Pub in Bellaire....Tasting ridiculously great this year.

Hey HopHeadHerman there is a Short's at a local bar I've never heard of: 600 lbs. of Sin.

Can you give me some info?

    Per their site:
"600 Pounds of Sin is a medium bodied sour black stout with pleasant berry like aromas. Tart and sour dark fruit flavors up front are complimented by an overall malty sweetness. The finish is relatively clean with hints of lingering acidity."

Imo, it was very fruit-forward. Not brutally sour, but to me it was more sour than stout. It was good enough that I grabbed a growler though.

Next week, this should start showing up around the state, along with the new variety pack.

600 Pounds is in bottles, or do you mean that it's in kegs in distro?

No 600 Pounds of Sin will be bottled, this year.

I was just stating that Liberator and the new variety pack will be in the market, soon.

Hoping Liberator is still hanging around when I am back in TC for Christmas.

Oh, and 600 LBS as a Private Stache? Yes please.

Just picked some up. This is one of those releases I never miss - it's kind of become a holiday tradition for me.

Easily one of my favorite Short's beers, and the one that put them on my radar many years ago.
