Can we start a thread of "Places to eat Beefs at in Denver". Chicago's off Colfax is solid and it's a total time warp when you step into the joint. There's another Chicago themed eatery in Centennial, but I'm blanking on the name.

It is good, as @Mike1512 said, and surprisingly close to getting it out there. Just follow the instructions. It includes the french bread and peppers too, just have to get the mozz on your own if you want it. If you get the 10 pack it's about $10 a sandwich, very reasonable. I ordered it for a Blackhawks viewing party during the Stanley Cup series last year. Paired it with some great Bourbon County bottles procured through the BA trading forum, thank you CO Beer Advocates!

If Malnati's deep dish is your thing I ordered that too for the Hawks conf finals round and it was good too, again paired with Bourbon County. But Italian beef is still the winner for me.

Ok, continue regularly scheduled broadcast. Pipeworks in CO, yay!!! And also like @Mike1512 I've had a S'more Money and really enjoyed it too!

Just confirmed that these 2 bombers (the ones previously mentioned) are at Coaltrain in Colorado Springs. At $11 for a 16 oz can, I passed. They are on a small rack next to the mix-6 /walk in cooler area and IIRC they seemed to have 4 or more of each (probably more in the back).

I believe it was a DIPA and an imperial stout.

Had the Grand Guignol; Act One tonight:
Not a fan. Thin, watery. Little cherry/fruit thing going on. Not a terrible beer, but one I'd never bother with again.
Think I'll stick with the Abductions and the rest can get flushed for all I care.
For those who care: Ninja v Unicorn on tap @ Cedar Creek Pub along w/ 2014 BCBS and BCBBW

Veterans in Colorado Springs has Lizard King and Ninja vs. Unicorn. I bought one of each to check them out. Single cans selling for $3 / $4. They also have the session IPA but I can't remember the name, it was also $3.

We have both the Mosaic Saison (tapping tonight) and the Amarillo IPA (tapping probably this week some time) from Pipeworks at First Draft. Both are very tasty.
