This morning I am drinking and Imperial Stout from a brewery that has dazzled me the last two years. This beauty pours nearly pitch black, with a half inch head, that settles quickly and leaves behind some webs of lace, wish I Poured more aggressive. 4 Smell is dark chocolate, coffee, molasses, leather, vanilla, and some dark fruits. 4.25 Taste delivers, maybe a little more bitter coffee than the nose would have you expect and a little extra hit of alcohol, but really follows the nose well. 4.25 Body is medium, nice amount of life for the style, on the dryer side, and excellent drinkability. 4.25 Overall this brewery is really on a roll and this is an excellent stout. 4.25
