Colts season long LIF

Sorry I am late posting this for this week but there is still some time...

The Colts pulled out a nice win last week so no box will be sent out.

This week the Colts will be traveling to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers for Sunday Night Football. At this time on ESPN, the Steelers are a 9 point favorite at home. So, if the Colts win or if they lose by 9 or less points then no box will be sent out. If the Steelers win by 10 points or more then a box will be sent out.

#VBS Trying Shambolic for the first time. I think it tried to escape from the glass, so I had to take it down quickly. Very nice dry and slightly tart saison, just the way I like them.

So @Devman171 sent me a mystery cooking ingredient with the note, "Good with nachos." Which turned out to be an awesome special Tabasco variant!

So I decided to go with Fish Tacos! I went with a slaw tossed in a home made tabasco vinaigrette, cilantro tomatos and onions with a avocado, champagne, butter and garlic spread. The salmon I marinated in, and then cooked in, a stout, tabasco, maple syrup, and garlic marinade/sauce then baked. The succotash was a corn, green pepper, onion and fire roasted tomatoes with tabasco finish.






Turned out great! The succotash could have been a tad better with a starchy element (maybe sweet potato) but the tacos were fantastic!

Met up with @RuckIt today as he was in Charlotte visiting friends.

Mystery beer with red cap - Oh how that red cap is taunting me! I feel like I should at least know what brewery this is, but I don't yet. This is apparently Day 1 of my 12 DoX!

Vicinity and Launch Beer are in the fridge. Vicinity is probably going down tonight and hope to get to Launch Beer next weekend!

Sorry for my absence over the past few days. Took the fam to Mickeys Christmas Party at Disney Friday night. I've got some serious catching up to do! But I can't withhold the amazing killshot from my turkey box any longer!
