think that on busy days like weekend nights, they just do away with those since it takes up too much time of the already taxed bartender.

 

Had the GJG last week, and it was really damn good. Great job with that intense coffeeprofile, it was delicious trystero!

edit: but I was very happy when he said more coffee, finer grind this time!

 

Just checking in to say that B2 bottles of GJG are f'n great. Bummed I only got 2 Cheers.

 

GJG and Raised Eyebrows were freaking amazing on tap last night. 12.5% on the GJG is dangerous when it doesn't taste any stronger than Wake Up haha... Good meeting @sittinggc out there... thank you my friend. Great time. Going back tonight!

curious why the BA page for HPB includes Hermosillo. shouldn't it just be HPB?

 

the beer advocate entry for Highland Park Brewery is "Hermosillo / Highland Park Brewery"

i get that they are within Hermosillo, but they are a separate entity (with separate owners even [partially]). seems like it should just be Highland Park Brewery

If you want to try HPB's brews on tap you go to the Hermosillo. Not sure what's so complicated about that.

I'm just glad HPB doesn't make a beer called the Hermosillo. Our heads would explode.

 

Something tells me no one can clear this up for you.

 

Once they move/expand I wouldn't be surprised if they made one called The Hermosillo or The Herm.

just don't see the point of having Hermosillo named as the brewery (entity that brews the beers) since they are actually different entities (there's this thing called different entities). the name on their bottles is Highland Park Brewery. not "Highland Park Brewery at Hermosillo, because that's where you go to try HPB beers, what's so hard about that? Did I mention I'm a member of Mensa?" which is how i'm guessing you'd name it.
