12 Days of XMAS BIF

Box #1 should land on Thursday, I just received the last two bottles for your 13 days, need to get at least the first half out the door ASAP.

A second box of extras, which is scary cause everyone of these extras could easily be a very happy day in the 12 days of Christmas.

Those are the first two anniversary glasses from Arizona Wilderness brewing. I have another box heading your way with something extra and some candy/cookies I havent made yet Enjoy brother!

I have 3 senders left, two vaguely possible and one with clues I can't decipher. I am just gonna ride it out now.

My extras box landed safely, and main box should land by tomorrow. An additional scud box will leave later this week, as FedEx provided the good news of an exception in the 12-bottle shipper (somehow). My target is aware and traveling, pr0n will follow when he's able.

 

All boxed up and will drop off today. Two large boxes along with a small kicker.

My target has a pretty large Wants list (thank you!) and if my count is right I will be hitting about 25 of them. Every day except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day has a Want. You indicated that you were going to have help on New Year's Eve so that day is about 90 ounces. But, don't get too hung over because New Years Day is going to be a bit challenging. I assumed you would have the day off and could nurse these throughout the day.

I tried to alternate styles a little bit to break things up, but other than Christmas Eve/Day and New Years please feel free to alter the order of the bottles. For instance, if there is a day with two bombers and you don't feel like drinking that much then feel free to swap for a day that is a single bottle or a day with 2 12oz bottles.

HINT: My target is in Big 10 country (go Hawkeyes!) and judging from his avatar he is a fan of one of those teams.

Unpacked the 77 lbs of goodness from @kayakandbeer last night, but waited until this morning to take photos. Oh boy. The first 35 lbs box was just these amazing extras, swag plus a Xmas Eve beer (which was accidentally omitted from the photo).

Cigar City Jai Alai and White Oak Jai Alai - love both of these
Oskar Blues Ten Fidy - always delicious
Cigar City Maduro - haven't had this one in a while, but remember it being tasty
Samichlaus Schwarzes - this will be a nice 14% beer on a cold evening
Funky Buddha Last Snow - awesome, got one from @whyteboy003 before, so now I can open one with friends
Tampa Bay PIMP (Peruvian Imperial Milk Porter) - new tick, this should be a good one
Big Top Decklin's Indulgence (brown ale) - new tick
Cigar City Slow As Molasses (old ale) - I enjoy old ales, sounds right up my alley
Cigar City Dark Woods - another old ale, aged on wood, awesome
Terrapin Tiramisu-Hoo - heard great things about it, can't wait to try it
Cigar City shirt - looks great!
Cigar City and Funky Buddha glasses - excellent new glassware

And then there was the 42 lbs box of these. Literally stuffed Xmas socks.



Clearly, I will have to arrange for my liver to have a relaxing and extended stay at a rehab somewhere in Santa Barbara after this whole thing is over. But for now, we must struggle nobly on.

P.S. Larry, one of the socks didn't have a number. Was it intentional or can I assume it was supposed to be #10?

Two boxes with 24 beers totaling 420-something ounces with an BA average of 93 headed for sunny Arizona. Should arrive on Monday via UPS.

Couple notes - 4 days have 2 bottles as I'm sure you'll see when you're unpacking. Also, the ones marked with a 25 cent sticker are extras. Cheers!

 

My first box is on the truck out for delivery, hoping everything made it safely.

Crazy Bread. Ha. Great wrapping paper. When we first moved to Western PA we never really have been to a little Caesars, in quite some time anyways, so we went in to order Pizza because we just moved. I went in and asked for pizza and also if they had Cheesy bread. The lady was like no. We have Crazy Bread though, as if they weren't the same thing, Made us laugh for some reason, but we always drive by and repeat that story when it's the wife and I as if we were stupid to not know Crazy Bread is completely different from Cheesy Bread.

 

Shhhh....don't say Cheesy Bread in front of @PA-Michigander, he will cut a bitch!

Cheesy bread is acceptable because we do have Italian Cheese Bread or ICB for short. We also have crazy bread. What we DO NOT have is breadsticks. It is a silly thing, but one that I adhere to 99.9% of the time.

 

The lady looked at me like I was crazy asking for cheesy bread and that Crazy Bread was a completely different entity. We always get a laugh out of it.

 

Dropped off box 1 during lunch; another box should go out in the next few days (trying to track 1 more thing down for that one)
