I respect that you feel that way...but you don't...I can not recall a play that has a name for a lions loss (the drive, the fumble). Also there was a game against the Lions we lost in typical Browns fashion. We were winning and the Lions needed a TD to beat us with seconds on the clock. We just injured Stafford's throwing shoulder and he came out of the game. With no timeouts the Lions were stuck with a shitty backup and one last play to win it all. But wait, Romeo Crennel decided to call a timeout cause he was our best head coach since we returned in 1999. So what happened? Stafford got to reenter the game with his broken throwing arm and yep...he threw a TD with time expiring to win the game.

So yeah...anyone else feel like they relate cause I got a million of these stories!

Well you have The Drive and The Fumble because at one point the Browns played in important, meaningful games. We've won one playoff game in the Super Bowl era.

And I remember the Stafford play because it was one of the best Lions moments since Barry retired. I guess the one thing I can say is that while the Fords are incompetent owners, at least we never had an Art Modell.

 

Yea they are starting to bottle a lot more. I think Mexican standoff is going to be an annual release now instead of every 2-3 months which fukin sucks but I'm thinking they may bottle it next month.

 

One playoff win...is that real? Wow.

It's ok about Modell...some drunk kid peed on his grave so...yeah Cleveland is horrible.

I remember you saying how you contemplated joining the 12DoX, and then the wife thought it was a cool idea and you should have joined but it was too late (or something like that) so I couldn't pass up the opportunity! Nick bringing the heat today!

This was basically a whole box of wants (regardless of whether they were listed or not)

Brothers Resolute - I was bummed when Nick's first box was turned around and the only thing (I think) broken was the Resolute. I've really wanted to try this and Nick hooked me up by finding another bottle (thanks @Mipper ?)
Tired Hands Corallet - Tired Hands is one of those breweries I've really wanted to try but just haven't had much from. Both things I'd had before I really enjoyed, so really happy to see this!
Otter Creek/Lawsons Double or Nothing - Never heard of it, but maple barleywine? Yeah, that sounds pretty awesome.
Brothers Futnote Raspberry - Yeah, I know this doesn't get very high ratings, but I still really wanted to try it. This is another brewery I've had little of and the two that I've had weren't styles that I would normally like anyway. Plus I like sours and raspberries in beer.
Pizza Boy Bean Dream - Sounds so good, and who the heck doesn't like vanilla?
Grassroots Brother Soigne - Really happy to see this. This is one of those bottles that I've seen other Locals drinking and really wanted to try. Now I get to!
Westbrook Gose - I actually get this in distro now, though seekabrew probably doesn't know that. Still, this is one of the few beers that I drink a decent amount of throughout the year, so happy to see it!
