Why would you drink the beer in the first place then, OP? Don't want to stereotype (but I will ) but you seem to be a 'ticker'. The doctrine of tickers is to not drink the same beer twice. Preferred format for tickers seem to be bombers and 750s because 4 & 6 packs just get in the way.

Maybe I did once or twice. But I mostly drainpour beers that are extremely crappy or if I start feeling too dizzy.

I'll never drain pour a beer because I am tired with it or want to move on to something else, but I have fallen asleep with a beer half drank and dump it when I wake up. It hurts.

 

Been many a night I woke up to a partial glass I poured hours ago. Most of the time I can finish it and go to bed, but occasionally it goes down the drain..

 

Sometimes I'll start one and realize I'm in way too deep, and under no circumstances should I finish. Most often I'll pour the remainder into my pot of cacti, on one occasion doing so while drunkenly muttering something about "party cactus".

 

Unless it's going on the curb for your dead homies you should finish that beer. I usually only drain pour if I fall asleep and can't finish the one I started or it just isn't good.

 

Your money, your beer. Do what you want.

 

This is excellent, and exactly what I was imagining.

 

The finickiness of some of you people makes me wonder if you're less suitable as "Beer Advocates" and more suitable as "Princess Kittens".
