    Dropped the wife off at work, the kids off at the pool and now sipping on this

    No bike today since it's gonna pour in a few hours, but I've got some domestic-type shit to do...cooking and cleaning.
    Then maybe a trip to Russian River or Lagunitas is in order.

    Oh crap! Day of Darkness? Oops, started the day with an Abrasive Ale, but closed last night with Peppermint Victory at Sea. I made up for it because I saved the day this morning by fixing the WiFi. I am a super hero in the eyes of the family! Soon to change.

    Well, Now that I've had my morning coffee (peche mortel) and the sheer lack of beers in my fridge atm. I'm gonna stay as dark as I can to keep with things and have a Solstice D'hiver as my second beer! Coming in at 10.2% this Barley Wine is a murky brown with aromas and flavors of Toffee, caramel, dark fruits, and brown sugar. Cheers![​IMG]

    I highly doubt that. None of these beers are more than 10%. A few months ago you'd start with something in the 15-17% range and dial it back, if ever so slightly. It's quality, not quantity (unless we're talking about ABV) my friend.

    I traded for this beer with @totalbangover and this may be in my top 3 beers of the year. Each sip made pants (and my eyes) a little tighter
