    Moving on to a new beer, and last one before I might dig into the bigger boys. This one looks better than the first two I had, but is similar in profile. A little more bold and bitter, both. Not sure I like the extra bitterness, at least relatively.

    I love it. I think it hits the marks on the bourbon barrel, coffee, and stout flavors without overshadowing each other.
