    Sticking with the Lager theme.....and for those of you who aren't familiar you have to get the Ho Ho Hoey series for Christmas. Been listening to this for years. Some really great guitar work and arrangements of traditional and not so traditional tunes......[​IMG]

    Decided I might turn up the heat for my next one, just like the temps around hear, apparently. Maybe I shoulda grabbed a growler of the Pils at the store today :rolling_eyes:.

    There's how the boy cat helps me take photos of the beer :astonished:. The GF might've had a more frustrating day than me: 4 pm 2 hour meeting :grimacing::angry:!!

    I've actually had this before on tap and thought the pepper was nicely integrated, actually more of the pepper than the ribs or seeds (meaning more peppery than hot) came out. The can at 5 weeks seems the same - very light tingle initial sips. We'll see if it builds up a little. Can see this as a big hit or miss, this one leans towards hit for me. It's got a funky beat, and someone who actually knows how to dance may be able to dance to it.

    Salty Nut's Christmas Stout. This might be their best beer.
