    Finally got this day over with and it's...drumroll, please...finally Christmas Eve and I'm gonna spoil myself a bit. Probably my only post of the evening, so hope those that celebrate have a great evening and I leave you BAs with one of my favorite Christmas songs. Cheers! PS: this year's batch is phenomenal.

    We do Christmas dinner on Christmas eve in my house and, as the cook for the family, this is kind of a big day for me.
    I've got most of the prep work done, and about to start cooking in earnest. Figured it's time to loosen up a bit.
    An obvious choice, but no less a good one.

    Great Lakes Christmas Ale. This is one of my favorites. There's something about it I absolutely love (I think the spiciness to it maybe?)
