My list would be stuff that I've been made aware of because of the BIF community. Stuff I'd love to try because of the newbie's would be Pizza Boy, Tired Hands, Dangerous Man, Sisyphus, and some I'm forgetting. Also, Jackie O's stouts and some Hoof Hearted IPA's. As far as specific beers go I hope to try a Huna one day and Darkness as well. In the new year I hope to spread some more Texas love around. There are some cool things happening here.
I was able to get quite a few of those breweries thanks to @JNForsyth Still working my way through growlers and crowlers of tired hands and pizza boy. The wicked weed he threw in was a first as well. Thanks again! Round 2 was my first BIF and I am ready for more. This was quite fun. Maybe next time I'll be able to figure out pnelting's clues.
As for me, the breweries I'd next love to try include Jester King, Fremont, Surly, Toppling Goliath, Kane, Funky Buddha, and Ninkasi.
I'm guessing I'm in the same boat as many others when it comes to this. I have a so many beers so little time attitude. Theses BIFs are an excellent way to be able to try new beers, brewery, or styles. I'll add things to my want list as I learn about them but there are so many others things that I may never have heard about that I've been able to try because of these BIFs. I never really traded a lot, but have almost stopped because I've gotten more involved in the BIFs. Just thinking of FL breweries alone, there are so many things I would like to try. I'm always looking for things from FB(Maple bacon porter among other things), Cycle(almost anything since I've been able to try so little), Cigar City(I've been lucky enough to go, but they offer so many great beers I would still love to try) just to name a few. Due South is a great example of a solid brewery I didn't know about, but received a number of beers in a BIF box. I received another FL BIF box not too long ago that included a few things from both FB and Due South, I just need to find time to get to them.

And someone from SWTFYW gave me some jackie o's Dark App and I still have one left. I will throw that in as well. And I am in a similar boat to @LehighAce06 - I love farmhouse/saison sour beers and have always wanted beer from Casey Side project, SARA, and Rare Barrel- and in the past 6 months I have had the chance to solo drink 3 of those 4. Either in a LIF or BIF without any trades. mind blowing.
SARA. I will get one eventually. It's just awesome not having to trade for any. I think you quoted the wrong person, but I will never say no to MBCP. I have never had it, but have had morning wood before.
I'll jump in on this "what beers I want to try" list. This BIF thing has been awesome in getting me beers I've wanted to try and intorducing me to new ones I didn't know I wanted to try yet. I also love the hauls posts from people in here, as well as the VBS posts - It has been a great way for me to add to my "wants" list on here. Some of my top wants based off stuff I've seen flying around here and the Locals thread are: Casey (will be a new brewery), Funky Buddah Last Snow/Snowed In, Jester King (new brewery), Oddside Hipster Brunch, Oskar Blues BA Ten Fidy, and Good Morning.

So for wrapping up this round - @Coldstorage is sending to @Greeny87 and we should see pron around this weekend when he is back from Antigua @Elkevjoe was waiting for his box from @LehighAce06 when this was created, but we've seen pron for that. @JoeyIce3 is waiting for a box from @Fallingcycle? Is anyone else missing anything? If I remember right, I think I saw a couple posts that had missing swag/promises of second boxes to follow.

I was under the impression @Greeny87 was back on Monday? If so, with fed ex not delivering to residences on Mondays I've been timing it for more like a tues/wed delivery (hard to predict a hard date this time of year even with Christmas just behind us)
