Depends on what you want to do.

Stone Liberty Station would be my pick. Great draft list (not just Stone beers), excellent food, and bocce.

Modern Times. The most diverse lineup and damn great beer.

My gut says Lost Abbey, but for the spectacle of it all, I wouldn't be able to pass up Stone.

I would go to Stone Liberty Station near Point Loma. It's close to the airport and it is a fun place with some beer that is only available there. Modern Times is just like a warehouse with beer only. Alpine is a little bit of a drive, but has some good food apparently. If you want to get some Ballast Point their restaurant in Little Italy is also close to the airport, but I have no idea if its good or not.

I might hit up Stone since they carry a ton of other breweries' stuff.

Skip the brewery and drink all these suggestions at Toronado.
