Your Favorite Bottled Barrel Aged Coconut Beer

    What do you believe is a great BA Coconut beer NOT named Prop, Hunter, No Rules, ANTEAD, Resolute or Monsters Park. It has to be bottled, barrel aged, and it can't be one of those previously mentioned beers. It does not have to be a stout (but I bet it probably is). Any great "lesser known" stuff out there in your local areas?

    I should have also excluded Snowed In. About to get a plethora of those suggestions. Ha. Oh well...post away. I am really trying to get some ideas that generally only locals know about and don't get discussed much in the trade forums but probably should

    Barrel Aged Death by Coconut from Oskar Blues. Its in a can but that should still count right?

    Can counts! Didn't realize OB threw DBC in barrels. Somewhat low ABV for barrel aging, but that makes total sense

    Nooner 10
    Cocoa-nut Framinghamer
    Burial Coconut Porter can
    Death by Coconut can

    It's always a little odd seeing a thread title asking you to name a favorite of something you didn't even know exists. I've had plenty of BA beers with wonderful coconut notes but never seen an actual BA coconut beer..... Interesting....

    I haven't had any good coconut beers so far. Westbrook 4th Anniversary was a huge let down, Death By Coconut was alright, but the base beer was horrible. Maui CoCoNut PorTeR is bitter, over-hopped and had barely any coconut present.

    Never heard of any of those, except for ANTEAD Coconut, which I have not had. I did have OB Death By Coconut, but alas, not the barrel aged one. Didn't know this was really a thing.

    How has Oskar Blues Death By Coconut BBA slipped under my radar????? I sold my soul for a 1050BBA and would do so again for a BBADBC..... just sayin
