    Bringing in the New Year with my 100th beer. I've been saying this bottle for almost a month. Delicious caramel malty bourbon aged IPA. I wish I had more than just this one bottle.

    It's time to tell you the story of two knives. Once upon a time I bought a package of cheap knives at kmart. That was 10 years ago and I do all my cooking with this steak knife. It was made in Taiiwan and is incredibly thin and cuts a straight edge. Well you have seen my food. Now there is only one left because the blades are coming apart from the handle. I went to walmart and bought a new set. They are thick pieces of crap that will allow me to cut food if I saw back an d forth but otherwise they tear everything. I was close to tears. Then I found these. Is Germany the best place for knives AND beer?
