    Got into some more trouble. Tomorrow is easy, so I tell myself, so the hangover is fine. Planning a Lake Michigan Circle Trip right now, though it's already basically planned. Cleaning up details, I suppose.

    We are on a similar boat. Growing up I was friends with this kid who has become an authority on all things Depeche Mode in this country. He used to subject me to a lot of electronic noise when we lived together, which for the most part I could care less for. But I always found Kraftwerk, JMJ, and Front 242 appealing. If it were not for him, I'm sure I would not have been exposed to as much of it as I have.

    I've got a good friend, an arthead if you will, that listens to a lot of ambient, soundtrack stuff. When we hang out I'm always picking through his weird electronic obscure shit and digging it. It's mostly John Carpenter, Goblin, and a bunch of other obscure Horror soundtrack sounding things. Mostly Italian. He's the one that turned me on to John Carpenter's stuff though. So big ups to that dude!

    It's just another day right? Cheers BA!

    OK! I have half a jar of salsa verde that has no use and this is a wonderful Oatmeal stout that has been raised expertly to a higher abv. The spirit of the style and the drink are not disturbed and the slight additional hops presence gives the impression of freshness and lilts lovely int he background.
