Help. I selected the wrong renewal rate.

    I am a founding subscriber who's had a continuous subscription which I just renewed. I was charged $24.95 although the original terms were that the rate would never be more than $19.95. May I get this fixed?

    That may be tough, seeing as how magazine subscriptions were outsourced in order to better handle increased demand. I'd go directly through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the main page, or email [email protected] and see if you can get a hold of somebody.

    Sounds like you selected the $24.95 option vs. the $19.95 option. And I'm not sure what @nyyfanatic213 is talking about, but fixing this is easy as we have full control over managing subscriptions. We'll go ahead and refund the order within the next 24 hours and you'll simply need to place a new order under the correct rate.

    I was honestly under the impression that when subscription management was shifted to Subscription Genius, you had less immediate control. My mistake.

    @Todd Thanks. When I got the renewal screen the only price I could see was $24.95. I tried to enter a promo code and that didn't work but all's well that ends well.
