This took me back to my college years when all I would drink was Tiger, Cobra, Brahma and San Miguel.

Good Morning BA, happy Sunday. I am back to the old morning grind again tomorrow after being off work for a week and a half. Going to be a slow start of the week, since everyone else has been gone for the same amount of time.

One of my favorite witbiers, I always get a pack every year. Big robust flavors of lemon, banana, pear, apple, orange, clove, pepper, light bubblegum, wheat, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and and tangy wheat tartness; with a medium bodied creamy mouthfeel. Great yeast/malt flavor balance. This is a witbier without the spices, but it still hits all the right notes. Always delicious.

Great pale ale as always. Bright hop flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, blueberry, pineapple, and pine hops; with some moderate cracker/bready malt and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/spicy bitterness; with a smooth, crisp, and sticky mouthfeel with moderate dryness. I love mosaic hops, and this showcases them perfectly.

This has been in the cellar for a while, getting up to 3 years old now(my initial review states spring 2013 bottling). Wow, this is better than I remember! This has definitely aged gracefully. Huge flavors of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, molasses, toffee, bourbon, toasted oak, coconut, light licorice/raisin, and light smoke/char. Balanced bittersweet roast/char finish with some spicy bourbon/oak against sweetness; light-medium carbonation and full bodied creamy/silky rich mouthfeel. Very smooth sipping with lightly warming alcohol. Fantastic!

Thanks to @LeperJim and Day of the Dark last month; I am giving my new glass a proper christening. As expected, 2015 is tasting incredible. Flavors of huge dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, toasted dark bread, light licorice/raisin, and light smoke/charred malts; with a bit of herbal/spicy hops. Bittersweet roasted finish; with a creamy/silky full body with some light-moderate sticky/chalky roast notes in the mouthfeel. Smooth and pleasantly warming finish. Mmmmm.

    Cheers! Enjoy your Sunday BA.

Does anyone out there know a bar or restaurant on Long Island or New York City that is offering pours of Utopia? I really want to try it, but don't want to spend $200 on a bottle.
