Only 4 days into the year so I hope to go a lot farther than this before encountering my first drain pour of 2016. However, for those saying you should never drainpour anything, why should I ever drink something I hate? Get a hold of a blockhouse double chocolate Bock. If you don't drainpour it then I'd say there's something wrong with you.

...had to have someone drain pour the last 1/3 of my NB Accumulation Ale. Not a fan.... got tougher as I went along too, just didn't dig the 'baking spice' note lurking in the back of that White IPA. Meh.

Nightmare on Brett (Leopold Barrel) was one of the last beers on the docket for tasting on NYE and it was a not-so-nuanced lactic acid bomb. Very aggressive with the bugs. On another day I would have drank it but I had already had more than enough to drink and left half a bottle on the counter.

Hailstorm Vlad the Conquistador, just too spicey and hot for my liking, drained it after about 5 ounces

Victory Hop Ranch. My 4 pack rolled over on the drive home. In an attempt to upright it, i reached behind my car seat and I guess dinged a bottle cap on the metal seat track and it started foaming out.

I wasn't in the mood to drink a beer when i got home so, with guilt, i poured it.

…well…I didn't really drain pour into the toilet. Just into other glasses. It was just below average for me. I didn't really know what to expect.

This is so weird to me. It's like having a thread where you post about the first time you had erectile dysfunction in 2016.

18th Street Coffee Hunter. I should have known better after all the other Hunter bombers I bought were so over carbonated as to be damn near undrinkable. This one was worse. I don't see how you can make such amazing beers and continue to fuck up the bottling process. I wish I was only fooled twice.

As has been asked countless times on similar threads: why drink something you don't like?

Udderly Milk Stout by Westbrook Brewing Company (technically it was on Christmas evening)

Tasted awful, might have been oxidized. Split it with my wife and she felt the same way.

First drain pour in a long time for me.

I almost never drain pour beer, but even if I did, I don't like to talk about it online. Reason is, I remember some beer personality on...maybe Twitter, mentioning how much it sucks to see people on sites like Untappd posting "beer sucked, drain pour." So I tend to keep the ones that really suck to myself, unless they "suck" because it's just not a style I like (Stone's Crime comes to mind).

I drain poured probably a good 20 oz's of a 2015 Dark Lord on New Years day. It was the first time I had ever tried DL, it was terrible. Took two or three sips and was done.

Drain pouring seems to be a major problem for many BA's. Not for me. I'm taking out a second mortgage on the house and only buying/trading for top-250 beers this year.
