Transferring my smoked porter into the keg today... Tomorrow, brewing my single hop Azacca IPA, first time using that hop... I got 8oz to use in the 5-gal batch.

Finally got around to bottling an English Barleywine today. Overshot my efficiency and ended up at 1.122. Will need some serious mellowing, but we'll see how things turn out.

Brewing 10 gallons of Flanders Brown that is going to be barrel aged in our homebrew club's barrel. I'm heating the sparge water as I type. I'm excited to get my first beer into a barrel.

Do I remember you saying you had never cultured Dupont from a bottle before? If so, what led to this? And what are you going to do with it?

That's correct. I've made a lot of saisons, but have never tried to clone Saison Dupont, so I decided to give it a shot. I figured I'd have a better chance with the alleged multi-strain dregs rather than the single strain Wyeast or Whire Labs versions.

My Dark Mild is halfway through the boil. This will be my first kegged brew (didn't want to learn on a beer with a pound of hops).

It's the old club barrel, but I don't know who "owns" it. Michael set it up.

I'll be kegging a Golden Strong that will receive somewhere between 3-4lbs of rhubarb. Hopefully tomorrow, but if not Monday.

Nice, Claude is trying to get me in on his Bourbon barrell Imp Stout, just not sure if I can get it in there...

I've never tried to clone Dupont, but I have cultured Dupont dregs more than once. It is basically impossible to make a bad beer with Dupont dregs
