Good morning BA, hope everyone has an enjoyable Sunday.

My go to winter gose. Apparently this is seasonal until April, I originally thought it was only in the fall. Flavors of juicy blood orange, tart lemon/lime fruitiness, and moderate salinity/spice/acidity on the finish; with light-moderate wheat/crackery malts. Balanced sweet/tart finish. Very crisp and drinkable. Not as acidic as their regular gose, but it is extremely refreshing because of it.

One of my main go-to IPAs, just got a 3 week old pack last week. Flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange rind, pine, and spicy/floral hops; with light caramel/bready malt balance; and a smooth/sticky hop mouthfeel and dry finish. Always excellent!

Just found a 1 year old pack still on the shelf last week. Definitely tasting incredible right now! Huge flavors of caramel, raisin, cherry, fig, date, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, bourbon, toasted oak, and light molasses/coconut. Balancing bourbon/oak spiciness on the finish against the sweetness; with a pleasantly warming finish with no booziness. Very smooth sipping; with a creamy, silky, and fairly slick mouthfeel. The new batch just came out, so I'll have to go buy a few packs to sit on for a while. This is prime time stuff after 1 year of age, and will only get better.

First time having a 2013, I only have a few. Tasting absolutely phenomenal as expected. Enormous flavors of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, vanilla, molasses, toffee, bourbon, toasted oak, raisin, fig, cherry, date, leather, tobacco, licorice, and light coconut. Good amount of bourbon/oak spiciness balances the residual sweetness absolutely perfectly. Insane balance between the malt, dark fruits, and bourbon barrel flavors. Enourmous silky and slick feel. Very smooth sipper for 14.9%, warming but not boozy finish. Glad I have a couple more, same with the 2012's. I didn't get any regular this year, wish I did.

    Cheers!

One of my favorite stouts while reenacting a familiar post lotto drawing scene. There's always Wednesday! Gearing up for a Sunday of football and some NBS action. Have a great one gang!
