Open a small taproom and sell beer at breakeven cost. Forces all the other craft bars in town to compete on price and stop screwing the consumer.

Say you won and you had the ultimate man cave bar basement.
You cruise into a place like Tree House and ask the staff..."Listen, I want King Julius on draft in my basement. I'll pay 10 thousand dollars for a half keg."
Do they bite? Or is that illegal?

In most states, a brewery cannot sell beer at varying prices. Price for one customer or bar has to be same price for all.

This seems fairly reasonable to me as well.

Beyond this, I'll open a brewpub / golf course as well as a brewpub / hockey rink.

I would buy my local bar and grill, put in a nano brewery and expand my hop farming. That is just for starters.

I would like to think that I would break out some cellar beers (i.e. Barleywines), but in all honesty I would end up drinking a couple double pours of Booker's or Macallan 21yr, or pop a couple bottles of Duckhorn, Turnbull or Silver Oak Reserve wines. I have absolutely no desire to try and open up a brewery and I don't have to patience for homebrewing.

I would hire a retired professional brewer and have them help me create my own beers in my mansions brewery.

Definitely open up a craft beer hangout. Inside and outside bars with all the cool lawn games outside and of course all the cool inside stuff as well. Also have a DD on site for anyone needing a ride (no charge for the first 5 miles) as well as an on site play area with adult supervision in case you want to spend the night out with the significant other but cant find a sitter. (Courtesy also as you are after all spending money in my place its the least I can do). A separate area away from the main bar that of course has its own bar and taps with big screen TV's showing all the sporting events imaginable. That way folks wanting to come in and enjoy a beer in peaceful solitude would not be bothered. I would also offer pub grub in the sports side, while also offering a more sit down style of food for the rest of the customers including Pit smoked BBQ (Smoker pits on premises), wood fired pizza and sandwiches (wood oven on premises) and of course it would all be fresh, not frozen and all products would be locally sourced to support the community. There would be a members club to get discounts on drinks and food. I would also do weekly specials such as "forty hours of sours", Tops of the Hops, Pitch Black Night, The British are Coming!, Old World Weekend, and any other creative ideas I could come up with to showcase different styles and Countries. I could go on but hey, you get the idea. One can dream eh?
