    Prop should get me over the hump. Lots of maple syrup and decent bourbon heat, just a touch of chocolate and not getting much from the peppers. Maybe they'll come through more in a few months. Cheers.

    Morning, BA's - happy Hump Day!

    Brrrrrr.....only 7 degrees here this morning.....looks like winter is making its presence known this week!

    Happy to be able to get this tasty DIPA in bottles for the first time.....only ever had on draft before....kudos to the Brew Kettle for making a "mixed" 6 pack like this available.....think this is a first!

    Good morning BAs! Another bracing summer's day here in NW PA - 11 degrees F when I hit the Y earlier, but there is some strange light in the eastern sky. Breakfast today:

    Here is the hazard of buying beer on the internet - you can't see the dates. This DIPA is 9 months old and didn't hold up well, unless it's supposed to taste like malty onions - caveat emptor !

    Have to say I prefer the bigger, boozier version. Dirty has less whiskey, vanilla and dark fruit. Tasty, but just lighter all around...

    Ok you all! I have had two requests for food so far today and the first is my Spanish Style Cannellini Beans with Lime, the second is Pepper Fried Rice. No meat Tuesday! Both paired with Resin!
