Was looking for some beers to try to get a hold of that are spiced. I know stouts lend themselves particularly well to being spiced (with things like cinnamon), but I'm really looking for more amber beers. Maybe spiced with coriander, cardamon, or even the stranger end like sage or thyme. What spiced beers did you really like?

New Belgium's Trippel is made with coriander. It has a really good, herb taste. It's up there in my favorites.

Flying Dog Old Bay Ale would be my favorite. Old bay seasoning in a hoppy pale ale just works. It adds a nice heat.

Turkish Delight by Evil Twin was a pleasant surprise. Odell's Fernet Porter may capture some of what you're looking for, although it's not in the amber color range.

Fullsteam in North Carolina has a saison called Summer Basil.

If you ever make it down to NYC, Finback Brewery does some saisons that might interest you. They do a beer called Double Sess that is a saison with peppercorns and chamomile and is very good. They do many other brews that incorporate spices and herbs.

You should also try Mission Gose from Evil Twin, which has eucalyptus added. Goses in general may capture the coriander you're looking for.

Is pepper a spice? Mexican Cake fresh. Other than that I don't like the spice of the pumpkin stuff etc.
