It has. Available at Bell's and in some places on draft in metro Detroit as of this morning. I have heard of stores receiving shipments middle of this week.

Their Facebook account had some pictures the other day saying they are shipping it over the next few weeks. Something to the effect of "quick as we can load the trucks." So I imagine it will be around the nation in their distro-footprint by end of month at the latest. Excited for the cans this year!

Mid Michigan is getting it this week. Two locations in Lansing where you could be drinking it right now.

The keg at a place that tapped it at 11am lasted only for 3 hours. Now have to look for it in cans.

$20 is high but it's a limited release not something you can buy all year, so it's worth the treat.

Looks like it's already showing up at some of the more highly regarded stores in West Michigan (and also on draft at some of the local craft bars). The General Store @ Bell's was also restocked today, and it sounds like Bell's will be restocking the General Store as supply runs out (at the very least throughout this week as it's Kalamazoo Beer Week).

I'm guessing Pennsylvania will see this soon as well @JonB25 .

On a side note, what's the desire in the mini kegs? I do think they look cool (but I'd be buying a shitload of beer if this was my primary requirement), but don't understand how anybody can drink 14 Hopslams in 1-2 days (which based on my experience is when the beer loses most of its carbonation).

Also, what are cases going for at the General Store? I saw the pricing the other day, but can't find it now for the life of me...

While I haven't enjoyed this year's batch, Hopslam (and Dark Horse Double Crooked Tree) was my introductory DIPA. I miss the days where this would sit on shelves in West Michigan for a few weeks. From my personal experience, the recipe/taste varies little - Bell's has been at the game for so long they've got things dialed in pretty well. With Bell's deciding to can Hopslam this year, I think this will hold up just fine.

I'm just waiting for the announcement that Larry's Stupid Quadrupid will be available in cans/bottles (insert: any container). I know, I know...wishful thinking here. But WOW are both of the varieties of this just amazing.
