    It was great, but I can see how giving it 6 months or even more could add some complexity to the flavor. Either way, cheers!

    Having a couple stella's now before I sleep and listening to Big Grams self titled Big Grams, Big Grams are an electronic/hip hop group made up of the Electronic group pantagrams with Big Boi from Outkast, I know its not for everyone but I definitely approve! Cheers!

    Putting as much stuff as possible in this pic. Finished The Shining the other night, watched the movie last night, years since I've seen it. Book was much better, in fact, I don't see what the big deal is about the movie, and that's coming from somebody who thinks Kubrick is the greatest director ever. Reading the Winter short story in Different Seasons, listening to the only vinyl of the Eagles I have, and prepping hamburger soup.

    (Edit with better picture added below) - it's 5 degrees out there, but the beer was much colder when I got back inside. I'm glad I learned this from this forum-drinking an IPA after a stout really brings a pop to the hoppiness of the second beer. Might as well stay with Founders after the Imperial Stout. Glad I bought both these beers for the first time at the same time, as they show the ability of the brewery to create outstanding beers in totally different profiles.
