Looking for the darkest, inkiest, thickest stouts around.. What's the thickest stout you've had?

Some of the classic Cigar City stouts like Huna and Zhukov's are good examples.. Same with Abraxas. What are some other good examples?

Mornin' Delight is pretty thick, as are the other TG stouts I'm assuming.

Even More Jesus is some thick stuff. I also like Ten Fidy for a thick stout.

Came here to say this. When people describe it it sounds kind of intimidating. But people forget to mention how delicious smooth it is.

Dark Lord is by far the thickest stout I've ever had/seen. Last time I had it, there was about 2" of sludge at the bottom- which is most likely yeast, residual sugar, and other proteins, etc. It coated the entire glass!

I've heard of several beers with astonishing final gravities (residutal sugar), but I think Dark Lord is up there, with the final gravity as strong as a light beer's or session beer's starting gravity! Now that's thick.

Dark Lord is amazing but is truly a dessert-sipping type beer.

Seems like there are some pretty common beers on that list. Ten Fidy is one of my favorites, and we just started getting Founders. So, I'm going to keep my eyes open for some Imperial Stout.

It was a smores stout and was incredibly thick and sticky. Loved the graham in it amd the marshmallows aspect seemed more a sweetness and mouthfeel part as if you rubbed your lips with a wet sticky marshmallow.

Everyone neglects Oak Aged Yeti. Of all the stouts I've had in this thread (and there are some really great ones), I would rank them in terms of "thickness" as so:

1st Place - Oak Aged Yeti.
    2nd Place - Even More Jesus/Founders Imperial Stout/Bell's 30th
    3rd Place - Bell's Expedition Stout
Runners Up - Ten Fidy, Plead the 5th, Imperial Biscotti Break.

Hoppin' Frog DORIS the Destroyer always stuck out in my mind as extremely thick. More than any other stout I can recall. The more recent BA reviews mention it as well. "thick, dense, hefty, ect". Now I want a one.

Like @WckdVbz stated, Double Barrel Jesus had a mouthfeel all its own. It's like drinking liquid Fudge. Delicious to boot as well.
