    It was my first coffee beer every morning week, as I really haven't had a large variety of that beer at one time. So after FBS, Flying Dog Cujo, Victory at Sea, and Oskar Blues Coffee Porter, I was thinking Friday would be another FBS, but then I remembered I had one more of these.

    For my 1 year on BA, Bells Expedition (always passed it up) and a 11-12 BK Chocolate...More of a "what beer are you drinking later"...

    Good morning BAs! It's a beautiful day in snow-covered NW PA, I'm back from the Y, I'm finally on-line with die Uni computer system, and the text publisher has finally acknowledged my existence and granted me access to their instructor website. Since I'm giving my first exam of the semester this coming Wednesday and most of my students haven't bought a text yet, there is much weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth in my lecture and labs. I told them that they all start off with "A", all they have to do is keep it!

    Tell you what. If this was available in 12 ozers where I live, this would be in rotation with Victory Hop Devil for my go-to brew. This is pretty good - smooth and good head from the oats, nicely bitter, just a GOOD beer.

    No picture, but I am drinking Secret Stairs Boston Stout from Trillium.
    This is a new American Stout they will be bottling in the near future. Nice roasted malt & chocolate flavor. Creamy body.

    Though their hop-forward beers get most of the praise here (deservedly so IMO) with this, Pot & Kettle, and their most recent iteration of PM Dawn i'd say that Trillium's darker offerings of late are really hitting a nice stride!

    Counting down to this evening. At 998 reviews. Got something special lined up for 1,000. Friends in town this weekend also into beer. Will be checking in from some bars and breweries around here Saturday and Sunday. Should be a great weekend.
