I recently managed to get my hands on a few bottles from Casey Brewing as well as a couple from Hill Farmstead. These slightly tart, fruity, and funky takes on the style have become some of my favorite beers to drink. I was wondering what other breweries around the country were producing similar products to Casey Fruit Stands or Hill Farmstead Anna...

Similar? While I can't speak to that, I think Funkwerks Saison is one of the best, most traditional Belgian-style saisons being brewed in America. Bone-dry finish, super effervescent, floral/grassy notes with just a hint of earthy funk. The closest American saison to DuPont. Stellar.

Hill Farmstead Arthur is as good as it gets.

De Garde, Side Project, SARA and Tired Hands are also producing a lot of funky, citrusy saisons. They're not always easy to get.

The Commons Urban Farmhouse is better than a few Belgian saisons I've tried.

Ommegang Hennepin is a very solid saison. Also very easy to find and can be found for as little as $7.99 for a 750. Worth giving it a go and you won't have to seek it like you would a HF brew

Love Ommegang Hennepin and Boulevard Tank 7, as have been mentioned above. Both are super easy to get in NY, so I would imagine equally easy in NJ.

I can't speak to Hill Farmstead, but my personal favorite is Blvd's Saison Brett.

AZ just recently started getting Boulevard, so since it's fresh on my mind I'll say Tank 7. That stuff is just delicious.

I like Surly CynicAle. It is very good. You can get it almost anywhere here and it is not too expensive. I think I will have one when I get home. I am also with everyone with Ommegang Hennepin. I haven't had one for some time now. I need to pick one or two up soon.

Some really great suggestions here. For me, Hill Farmstead is as good as it gets. Tired Hands is doing great stuff and the few Side Project beers I have tried have been good.

I am surprised no one has mentioned GI Sofie. It was the beer that turned me on to the style and I still think it holds up really well. Widely available and ages gracefully.

Three's Brewing has some pretty solid saisons as well. And heard they will begin canning/bottling soon. Their saisons that stand out are Positive Selection, Wandering Bine, and Was it Good for You.
