What beer are you drinking now? #1199

Aviator is a local brewery that I have not paid attention to, until they released this beast. They now have my attention.

 

2013 Everett, what a great porter. For my first hill farmstead beer this surely didn't let me down.

Simmering some chili.



Compared to it fresh 2 1/2 months ago, I much prefer it now. The flavors have dulled some, in a good way.

 

More floaties, I am guessing this is the norm for Ithaca IPA's?

 

I was in Chicago this past weekend and in addition to drinking lots of great beer there in person I was able to bring quite a few back with me. First up is Arctic Panzer Wolf and it does not disappoint. Cheers!

 

Because sometimes you just gotta have you some Hamburger Helper.

I'll probably listen to this song a half dozen more times tonight. Catchy, great rhythm.

Cracking open a Project PAM. When this hit town originally, the local shop got like 6 bottles, and did a lottery drawing for the chance to buy one.

This week they suddenly got 3 cases out of the blue.

 

About to have a nice steak dinner.

That's an awesome stout. Aromas of marianara, coffee and cocoa.
