Sours in Denver

It looks like these will be a week apart, with Ecate being released first.

 

Damn it that is inconvenient! Unless Ecate lasts through that week until the CVLT release that is. It's not easy making multiple trips a month up to Denver from the Springs.

 

Is TRVE Red Chaos available still at the brewery or in stores?

 

We have a small amount at the tap room left, and I'd call stores to see before hand, but I know it's still around at several shops.

 

Anyone drink Powder Keg Brewing, Palisade Reunion from the bottle yet? My friend just sent me some and said there was reports of under carbonation? Think I'm gonna put it in the fridge for a while

 

All of the pours that everyone has had are from a bottle. They didn't keg any of it.

Also, chilling it would put those yeasties to sleep rather than carb it up.

The beer is killer. Big time juice, balanced sourness and a hint of funk. The carb might be a little on the low side but it doesn't take away from the experience IMO.

Drink it now if juicy is more your thing but I see this beer going on a nice voyage. Based on my experience with other PK beers the funk will only go up.
