As many of you know, there's a winter storm warning until 3pm and the current forecast for the Boston area is 4-8 inches. The following will address the situation.

Will the fest be cancelled or delayed?
Unless the city of Boston shuts down public transportation, the fest will be hosted as scheduled.

    What's your refund policy?
    No refunds.

Weather Exception: We will only accept refund claims from individuals whose flight has been cancelled or delayed. If you can provide proof of flight and proof of the cancellation or delay, you can submit a refund claim to us for the face value of your ticket. Claims will be reviewed post-fest and refunds issued for valid claims only.

    Can I switch sessions?
All sessions are sold out and at capacity. We can't switch your session.

We'll post more updates throughout the day.

    Be safe out there.

    Update
The winter storm warning has been extend to 5pm with 8 to 12 inches. The area around the venue is fairly clear and snow is light, but the temp is dropping. Again, be safe out there.
