Bell's Hopslam 2016

We're still impatiently awaiting its arrival in NYC!

 

Love it. The six pack is unlikely to survive the weekend.

As I've gone further & further down the rabbit hole, Hopslam is one beer that has remained spectacular, from the first time I tasted it right through last night. It's an impressively made brew.

 

Have not had one of my cans yet, but it was spectacular on tap..

 

I Like it...been thru (4) 6 packs...HopSlam this year tastes much better to me...than in recent memory...getting more honey and less detection of the alcohol.

 

Loving it. I think it's better than last year which was the first time I had it. I'm sure it's probably the same every year.

That said I've had it on tap and been through a coule six packs this year. To me, the canned tasted better.

My mini keg chilling in the beer fridge is calling me and I might listen this Sunday...

 

never had it before this year, but really enjoyed it. has some similarities to Pliny for me.

 

Yeah, sold out in under 2 hours.

 

In the past I've always liked it best after about 6 months

 

Still one of my favorite beers. Cans are excellent IMO.

Bells Beer Finder still shows none in SoCal...

 

Corner Market in Spring Lake. Kroger in Bloomfield Hills. Busch's in Dexter. Try grocery stores ie Meissner or Plum

 

My local place released at 12. This was the line at open!



I got there at 12:30 and was shut out.

 

Any sign of it in NYC/Long Island area?

Any chance you'd share that place? Haven't been able to find it anywhere since moving to the Bay Area a few years back.

 

Just got some in a trade, so goooooood!

 

Just had it on tap at Antlers in Stanwood MI

 

Picked up a sixer on the way home from work, can't wait to crack one open.
