I guess the hype is building. Personally, up until Cart Fetish I had no interest in their beer. They are churning out quality stuff now though

Smog City, HPB and Monkish getting a lot of attention now. Doesn't surprise me. LA breweries doing big things.

Yeah Monkish is winning with this style. They perfected their house culture.

I think their standard Belgian styles are fantastic, have yet to try their sour stuff.

Sold Out. Saw the link pop up, only gave the option to get 1 bottle but someone else got it.

Wonder if the allowance of proxies, the release day being during a three day weekend, and the same weekend as releases from a couple other well-regarded LA breweries had something to do with the super quick sell-out.

Wonder if it had to do with Monkish finally getting the recognition they deserve because they brew some great beers. Nah...

Complete joke they allow proxies for such a small release. Also agree the new layout sucks

They have been knocking it out of the park since they moved in this direction. Yeah, proxies don't hurt, and I'm sure a lot of what sold is leaving the state, but they make some quality stuff now.

I wonder how many were actually sold to proxies

When I picked up my Juteux/Fruit Cart bottles, Henry mentioned that there were only a couple of out-of-state buyers.

That was a quick release. So once you have bottles in your cart on Eventbrite those aren't guaranteed right. Its about who checks out quickest?

Once you get them in your basket, you have around 6-7 minutes to complete the transaction or your cart gets dumped back to the general public.

They got fruit cart on tap today! As well at haiku de saison (amazing beer). And looks like a new one called "Soul Foudre" which will also be sold as bottles today in taproom.

    Hot damn let's do this
