    My night-owl blood mingles with my late-shift lifestyle and this is what happens -- 6 a.m. on my "Sunday", household chores fully underway and one of these helping lubricate the processes:

    Happy Monday BA's! Well it's the only day that could give Jan 1st a run for it's money as national hangover day, the two big Denver beers I put down had me in bed by 9:30 here. My Bronco family is very happy and it was great to see such a class act as Peyton hold the trophy one more time. Defense finally won him a championship. :slight_smile: Hope you all recuperate well today take care friends!

    Good morning, BAs! I'm using a surprise snow day to take care of all the admin I've had to let sit for way too long. Enjoying a Boon Kriek.

    Last night's festivities coincided with New Beer Sunday. I didn't get the opportunity to post, but I did enjoy a few lovely brews, one of which was new to me. I brought up a couple from the cellar, and my good friend provided the fresh one.

    Stone Enjoy By Black IPA. I didn't dig this nearly as much as I'd hoped; all around very disappointing for me. Perhaps it was the Vic Secret.

    Anchorage Galaxy White IPA (April 2015). As soon as I gave a single twist to the cage, the cork exploded out. Hooray for Brett! This was a delicious and delicate brew. The Brett presence was huge but not overwhelming; the hops faded but not stale.

    Stone Imperial Russian Stout (2014). What a beer to end on; delicious, roasty, smooth, chocolatey. Someday I need to sit on a bottle for at least 2-3 years and see how it develops.
